I'm am very worried about my Schizandra and prolifera I have had them for about 8 months since the begining of summer and well the plants look crappy they are both producing smaller leaves then before. The conditions they are in are on a windowsill in a big fish tank with utrics and a massive tray of small capensis. The plants recieve about 3 -4 hours of morning sun a day with shade cloth covering them but they started bending closer to the window even though they are said to like shade so I removed the shade cloth and they now get direct sun for 3-4 hours. They are potted in sphagnum moss the humidity at the moment is low due to it being winter and having so many overcast days but when it was hot the humidity was high. The temperature wouldn't be out of the range I have read about 10C - 15C in winter highest in summer would be about 30C. From what I can tell I am doing everything right but I must be missing something. I keep telling myself that they will get better when spring kicks in but I thought I should ask for advice

Your plants look very nice considering the minimal amount of light they get. Make sure you feed them small insects or dried blood worms to keep them healthy.
In my hands both species go through cycles of growth and dormancy. I have yet to figure out what the triggers are for each phase. For D. prolifera they usually survive the dormant period. For the D. schizandra they don't.
