I walked in my greenhouse on this warm sunny spring afternoon and immediately noticed a unique fragrance that I did not remember. So, I sniffed all my different flowering Pinguicula. Nothing. Then I noticed that all of my D. scorpioides had open flowers. Sure enough, even though I had pots of D. scorpioides located in different parts of my greenhouse, every pot of them had the same strong sweet odor.

Not at all. They flower protrusively. It is just that I had never detected such a strong fragrance from D. scorpioides.

I have some scorpioides too bad I can't bareroot them and take them like my other CPs. I only have like a month and a halve could I "trick" them into gemanae by growing them under my house with a grow light for 9 hours a day or would it take to long to develop?
