With many of my Sarracenia seedling like this Sarracenia flava pictured below the radicle has not penetrated the medium. Should I plant these more securely into the medium or just let nature take its course?

Leave them alone. You are likely to do more harm than good to what at this stage are very delicate young plants.

I wouldn't replant it or anything weird like that. But it sure looks to me like the seedlings are reaching for light. Can you increase the light intensity?

Yes, I need to set up another light fixture and move them to my plant shelf.
