I'm here because I support what y'all are doing. I dont live in an area that is conducive to plant carnivory, but I do my best to learn the natural environment here in the Mojave. I have family up on mount Charleston where there are plenty of endimics, and I visit often. I also have a small responsibly sourced indoor bog garden. I should say my degrees are not in biology, but with all my free time thanks to covid. I'm getting more into genetics. My current goals include building a PCR and gel electrophoresis machine, and getting some positive IDs on the weird and unusual plants I've come across. Links to articles and other resources encouraged! I'm also on inaturalist, for whatever that's worth here. Hope to hear from y'all!
