I came home on a normal day to check on my plants and I noticed a yellow nub growing from the crown and I have never seen it before. I have them under 110W, 5400K florescent lights that are on a 14/11 schedule (just to imitate the light schedule outside so they don't get confused.) He's 3 years old now and I have never seen so far. I will keep a close eye and see it's progression . imgur.com/a/6xd4nWc

It is likely an emerging flower.

Thanks! You're right. I just didn't think I would see a flower in the fall surprised me.
