Is there a question to follow this? Do you have more information on the conditions it's in? This looks more like heat or cold damage than the center rot that typically occurs from excess soil moisture.

Well tbh i have no idea what happen, i just assume its overwatered because most pings die that way, it probably was heat damage, when i got it i immediately put it where it get direct morning sun, i didnt know it could kill it immediately.
