Does anyone know where there are wild carns in south Mexico?
I have a friend here at uni (also interested in plants) who is returning home in a couple weeks (Quintana roo, south Mexico), and she was hoping to see some wild carns back home as I have shown her so many here in Australia.
Any help would be great, National park trails, roads, beaches anything.

Pinguicula.org has a lot of species descriptions with some GPS coordinates so maybe you could look at that site.

And since pings are the more common there, there is the group called Pinguiculas Mexicanas aswell, but Quintana roo is much more famous for the Melipona beecheii culture than for pings, for what I have seen or as my conception living about 1000km south is that pings only live in the central mountain ranges and the pacific side.
