question about dying flower stalk

My drosera spatulata already produce flower stalks 6 times but all of the stalks die young.
They die when they reach 1 - 3 cm and after the stalk die the plant will produce another and then repeat the cycle

what seems the cost of it?
the leaves are already shrunk because of it

Under what conditions are they grown?

they grow in my window with full bright morning sunlight and indirect afternoon sunlight

its dry season in our country so the temperature is 30 - 38°C so i put it in a tray of distilled water to prevent the media from drying out
