Chris Field released his first super-stunning Biolapse film of carnivorous plants, a tremendous 107-day work involving two cameras always on, shooting.

Truly a work of art. I liked the part where the Venus flytrap leaf opened.

If you go on Vimeo and find Biolapse Carnivora Gardinium BTS you can see how he did the video. It was unbelievably involved. I just wish he had gone for a little more realism by creating an actual cp environment, for example, not having plants from Southeast Asia, South Africa, and North America growing side by side. It wouldn't have been that difficult to recreate using his same techniques to create a Carolina coastal plain Pocosin. Having said that, this is still an amazing piece of work, and congratulations to Chris.

A very well done film! The quality of the time-lapse pictures is really great and the growing plants are actually eye-catching.
