Broadcast television has been showing episodes of the long running British Science Fiction series Doctor Who.
From second season of the First Doctor in the serial now known as "Planet of Giants" there is a poster that can be seen on the wall of the research laboratory set (episodes 2 and 3 entitled "Dangerous Journey" and "Crisis", respectively). The poster features a Dionaea muscipula and Nepenthes leaf and pitcher.
These episodes were first broadcast in the UK 7 November 1964 and 14 November 1964
