My VFT leaves are turning black and I don't know why. I have two low giants, a typical green, and a red piranha. They were growing vigorously then suddenly there's been a lot of traps and leaves turning black and dropping and the growth pas practically stopped. Please help! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Photo 1 looks like the normal response of a trap that has caught a large meal that it was unable to digest. These traps tend to turn black from too much decayed food. The rest of the plant looks OK.
Photo 3 looks like the petiole was damaged by an insect or something. It is not clear what is going on.
The center photo looks like the initial stages of photo 1.
Haveyou been feeding them large insects?

Sorry I wasn't notified of a comment for some reason. I have a bottle of dehydrated blood worms I very occasionally feed to my VFT but it's rare now as they tend to catch plenty of food outside.

If it's not alive, don't feed it to vft's unless you're willing to massage the trap until it's completely closed. It will just open back up without movement, waste energy and die off faster.
