Experimenting with smoke in Drosophyllum/Roridula germ

For a bit of an experiment with smoke responsiveness, I've just sowed a bunch of Drosophyllum (23), R. gorgonias (5) and R. dentata (10) seeds, after nicking and a 24 hour exposure to smoke water. In my experience Drosophyllum responds well to smoke, but I've not tried Roridula before. I'll update on any progress if they germinate!

It's been about 20 years since I grew Drosophyllum but nicking the seed was always enough to get 100% germination.
