I just got a small ceph like a week ago with like 3 growth points but i noticed two of the pitchers are turning yellow so im wondering how long is the lifespan of one pitcher normally? Also is it ok for my ceph to be flooded with water for a short term?

Turning normal?
It is not uncommon for Cephalotus to lose pitchers after disturbance. Particularly if shipped bare-root.
I wouldn't recommend flooding the plant. The plant may easily be lost to rot and whereas some growers find Cephalotus simplicity itself to grow, others are serial Cephalotus killers...
