My first attempt at ping leaf-pullings seems to be a success. I took two plastic soap dishes and taped them together to make a cool little propagation chamber (thanks Ikea!). I made a 50/50 mix of perlite and vermiculite and wetted it down with pure water from my dehumdiddifier. I pulled 11 winter leaves from P. laueana (they are on the left) and 2 winter leaves from my P. agnata (on the right). And I've kept them directly under a fluorescent light in my bedroom amongst my gesneriads. Within a few weeks they are almost all showing signs of new leaf formation... but no roots yet. Attachments:

Do you have any update photos? How old are these pullings?
