I really like this plant. It's one of my favorites and it does really well under my grow lights. I know that it was named after Peter D'Amato by Bill Baumgartl but I'm not sure about its origin in terms of who did the actual cross. Does anyone know when/where/who did the cross? Anyways, here are some pics of my plant ;D

I've never particularly liked the "Nepenthes lowii" look, with the constricted waist, but this cross is, in my opinion, quite pretty.

The ICNCP clearly states that the use of the word "Variety" is not to be used in cultivar names. See, Article 2.2 of the ICNCP.

The seed for this plant was not sent to Bill Baumgartl but to myself. I planted half the seed as did Leo Song. All the plants in cultivation came originally from either Leo or myself. Best, Chuck
