Growing saracenia and nepenthes from seeds

I'm having thoughts about growing up sarracenia and nepenthes from seeds. I can by six seeds for 20SEK, approx 2€. What do I need? I have no experince from growing this kind of orchidea from seeds, only "adult" plants. Do I need a terarium? What kind of "soil" do I need? perlite/peat?

Thank you! But I have some questions. There are sarracenia natural in my part of Sweden. Well, they are not "natural" but have been "put out" in the nature and manages it. The climate is like for the rest of west Europe or maybe the east coast of USA. So the recommendation, what I have read, is to begin in the autumn with the seeds?
