Getting from ebay is a bit risky, since you don't know how old they are or how well they've been stored. The best place is probably from a carnivorous plant society seedbank, where they're normally stored correctly. However, if you can't find them elsewhere the ebay ones should do. In terms of the basic requirements, sow the seed on a well drained media (normally consisting of perlite, sand and vermiculite). Either sow in its final pot, or in a peat pot, which you can then plant later without disturbing the plant. After germination, don't water until the soil is slightly dry, and never let it stay wet for too long. Keep in a well ventilated area in full sunlight, to prevent fungal attack. I got over 60% germination by simply doing the above, but my seed was fresh, and older seed may require scarification which I have not tried, but more experienced growers could provide advice on it. (by the way, a good guide can be found at www.carnivorousplants.org/seedbank/species/Drosophyllum.htm) Good luck with the seed!

Or you can just visit elgecko... exchange a few plants... and have him unwittingly give you a seed that germinate weeks later:
