(I'd modified my picture to erase the tag that hold the ruler.) This 4cm tall, about one-month-old Drosophyllum seedling is going to flower.

wwang,
I am just curious...what is your growing temperatures and humidity? The top layer of the media looks extremely dry. Is that peat?
Thanks!

Cindy,
I grow my Drosophyllum outdoor full sun. The soil I used is small ¡§Pumice Stone¡¨ and "hard small and roundish soil". The weather here is hot summer. Temperature is around 29 ~ 35¢X C, sometimes will reach above 38¢XC. Humidity is 71% to 86%.

Thanks, wwang. I have similar conditions here this season and bought some seeds recently to try.
How often do you water the plants?

Cindy, I never let the plant dry out. This website is the best, it is including all information for grow Drosophyllum. Before I read the doc, I'd tried three years and killed a lot of plants ($$$) (thanks for ICPS John to provide me free seeds for compensate my seed donation) , then I success grow Drosophyllum after read it. I really appreciated the authors so open-handed to share theirs. bestcarnivorousplants.com/Drosophyllum_lusitanicum.htm

Do you think the flower is not full-blown? Some of my Drosophyllum flowers' petal just like this on its first flower.
