...for cool temperatures?
I have a two H. nutans plants from tissue culture and they are growing in temperatures ranging 75F-90F since October. The ambient humidity is rather high because of the year end weather and it has been around 65%.
The plants have grown about two leaves each and are in bright shade.
Thanks!

I'm not sure what your question is cindy but I would not change conditions as it takes Heliamphora time to adjust and your current conditions sound right, although 90F sounds a bit high.

Yann,
What I meant is...does the genus require cooler temperature as they grow older. My plants are only 4cm tall. Perhaps it is because they are still young therefore they are still alright with 90F.

Cindy,
Heliamphora does require cooler nights and a higher humidity then most other CPs. By cooler temperature I mean 45 to 60 degrees Farenheit. Day time temperatures should range between 60 to 80 with some overhead misting in the morning.

or, they could grow in warmer conditions but they won't look as good and will have weaker growth.
