Well, it is not simple because if you see this page you can see that the nitidula picture is similar my first picture. But. I finded more page when this Sundew is the Drosera X Lake Badgerup. On more webpages this hibrid is the D. patens x D. occidentalis ssp. occidentalis but Barry write, that this is the D. nitidula ssp. omissa x D. occidentalis ssp. occidentalis. Thanks for help!

Similar in coloration but not in morphology - the stigma/styles are different. Which answers your question - the plant in your photograph is not Drosera nitidula. Drosera nitidula ssp omissa and Drosera patens are synonymous. Drosera nitidula ssp omissa was elevated to species status in 2007.
