Does anyone know how to transplant a ceph with the least amount of disturbance (I know the loathe any transplanting), as I think I am using too hard of tap water (I am now buying water). I already have the soil ready and the pot ready too.

I usually cut Cephalotus from the pot using a sharp knife and then repot plant and media as a single, complete lump. Done this way, plants usually continue growing without noticing any change.
However, if you have been using hard water it will be best to change the media completely and that is going to cause some degree of disturbance. Try to keep the plant the right way up and to not spill fluid from the pitchers. Pitchers that lose their contents during repotting will almost invariably die.
How quickly plants recover from disturbance appears in part to depend upon the particular clone. Some are more robust and forgiving than others.

I amwatering it with water w/ superthrive in it. Is there a good reason why?

Some say that thisplant hate disturbance so I am giving a little nutrients so it won't be shocked too much.

No... I believe Aidan is saying if it is going to survive it will do so without Superthrive and that Superthrive is a waste of $$
