So I started to notice these tiny webs forming around the outside of my pot of my Venus flytrap. They have tiny white specs, but the webs are only in the soil and not on my flytrap. There is no visible damage on the plant and I have been watching these pests for about a month now. They are very tiny, probably a little bigger than the seeds so visible if u take a closer look. They have a long body and look silver or black to the eye. Here are some pictures. Does anyone recognize theses pests and if they may be harmful to my plant later on? imgur.com/a/gDYunPL

Also I have dealt with spider mites before, but this doesn't seem like normal behavior for them. Usually I see them crawling on the underside of the leaves and the leaves of my plants would turn yellow and die very very fast before I could even see the webs. Now I see a bunch of webs, nothing on underside and no sign of bleeding and no sign of plant damage since the traps that are turning black or brown are very old traps 1 month old or more. I also researched springtails, but I couldn't find anything about them forming webs. I am very confused.

Hi, did you ever figure this out?
I believe I have the same thing as you. I’ve got tiny black mites that create webs in my moss. Also, they jump.

I'm betting that you both had/have springtails in your cultures - no worries there, they beneficial and harmless.
The "webs" were likely fungal filaments working a network through the media.
The springtails feed on the fungus, so it's all good.
