So, the photo in the link shows absolutely nothing that needs saving. If that is an old picture, and there is something wrong with it now (your plant is N. x "ventrata," which is basically bomb-proof and takes a lot to hurt), we need to see that, as well as know the details of your growing conditions (light, water, soil, soil age, humidity, temperatures etc.).
