I have this little plant in my collection and to me it looks very similar to the the carnivorous plant genus Genlicea especially the "roots"(not shown on photo)... The plant has shrunk a lot since I have it and the " roots " are too damaged to determinate the genus of the plant. I have now repotted the plant and it is slowly growing back! I was wondering if anybody could help me identify the little plant or if I need to wait until it grows back it's " roots "... Any help would be greatly appreciated !! Thibaut

It's spelled Genlisea, and from the species I've seen your plant looks nothing like that genus, but then I have had somewhat limited experience. And the underground leaves are extremely distinctive, so if it has the bifurcated "Corkscrew" leaves that's going to be a dead ringer. The picture you provided doesn't show even close to enough details to really tell though, especially with the excess sand on the plant.
