Hi, there are some I tiny branches with round ballls in the cephalotus pot but don't know if these come from the plant or from the moss...any ideas? Attachments:

Hi, there are some I tiny branches with round ballls in the cephalotus pot but don't know if these come from the plant or from the moss...any ideas? You've got some Utricularia growing in your pot. Probably U. bisquamata or U. subulata. They are sending up flowers. You might want to trim or pull out the flower stalks before they start producing seeds as these will spread like wildfire. I would at least let some blossom so you get to see the flowers though. These are very common "volunteer" plants because they seed so prolifically.

Or, you may want to save the seeds from the Utricularias and grow them in a different pot.
