Unless you got a name with the plant, you probably won't be able to tell the clone.

I agree with hcarlton. There is enough confusion and errors about which cultivars are the true plant without adding to this by guessing. There are only a few Dionaea cultivars that can be correctly identified simply by looking at them.

Even if you never find out, it is a gorgeous plant. Although, dormancy is just around the corner.
