Hello everyone! The Nepenthes ventricosa seeds I germinated around a year ago are getting quite big. Their average size is close to 1.5" in diameter, but some are bigger (up to 3.25"), others are smaller. Anyway, I think that it is time to pot them up individually, but the thing is, my terrarium does not have room for around 20 of them...
However, I have an area with a bright growlight. This place has room for them, but there is only ambient humidity, which averages about 40%. Will they pitcher here? Thanks!

Hey BMAN, maybe you could place a humidifier in the area on a timer, I thought I read somewhere they will adjust but it should be in the 60% range at the minimum. I am also growing seeds, how long did it take for them to germinate? What was the base temp in the growing area?

Thanks for the suggestion. These seeds were really easy for me to start. They took around a month to begin sprouting. I just threw them on top of moist sphagnum in my terrarium with ~75% humidity. They were at about 23 Celsius the entire time, day and night.
Granted, this is a really easy species, and they had been donated to the seed bank less than a month before I got them, so they were really fresh.

Wow, then it seems they like lower temps, since my seeds from the same group are only 1cm big kind of, and planted almost a year ago, of course, they are in the sun with shade at 12 mid day, more than 300 plants

I have my temps up around 85 degrees during the day and around 65 during the night with 70% humidity, I am growing Nepenthes Rafflesiana Pink giant variant and the Brown version as well as D. Regia....they have been sitting for about a month with nothing new to report.
