Hi, this is my first time with a flower, I really was not expecting to have one, but I do, and now I need some pollen, I don't know if I would have a second flower to try on, if anyone is willing to send or sell some, please contact me!

Coline,
You will end up with several flowers on the scape.... usually 4 or 5 Careful on international shipping of pollen, I now some countries do not allow it. (Australia comes to mind)

Good, hope so! because the whole plant is about 20 pitchers. My country not allows the small packages of seeds, so pollen is available to transfer

meh, careful....Australia will allow seeds but no pollen. Trust me, I know first hand. (seemed odd to me, but it is what it is)
Now Costa Rica very well may, I have no knowledge of your laws.
But you will have multiple flowers ;-)

It looks like an authorization (permit) is required as well as Phytosanitary Certificates and/or Certificates of Analysis. costarica.com/relocation/importing-plants/www.gistnet.com/cidb-sample/do-cr.importproduct.html

Well, a first flower opened and the next one is near doing so, but, do you guys think the polen is ready?

Hard to say exactly, but yes. If not ready, very close to it

Yesterday night I tried 3 stamens, opened them today and polen indeed was ready, should I take them all at once now that I know this or do some every day?

I like to harvest as soon as the pollen is ready, but I do it non-invasively. If the pollen isn't ready, no harm...
Where you are removing the anthers, I would go by their color as described in the harvesting thread. They all mature about the same time...
