Hi everyone! In the month September I walked hundreds of kilometers in Lapland. Enjoyed the quietness, autumn colors, landscapes and few carnivorous plants by coincidence (P. alpina.) Unfortunately I didn't had allways the time to stop and take some pictures. The backpack was heavy and sometimes it was really important to keep on walking to get to the next hut. The pictures below is the only plant that I took pictures of. It was growing few km from Saraelv, Nordreisa, Norway. at + - 69 ° N. Enjoy! Other photos from Lapland you can find on: www.flickr.com/photos/norway_summer_2009/sets/72157631753841039/Happy looking and travelling!! Christophe

There where no corolla's to see. The only I saw was the seed pod... but yeah, it could be P. vulgaris but most of the lecture I had in my hand in the library of Tromsø only noted P. alpina for Lapland. But Ok at least we know some pings grow hunderd of Km above the polecircle
