AFAIK there is no cultivar 'Giant'
I would be very wary of anybody selling something they claim is a "Giant" Darlingtonia californica. Plants with very tall pitchers are usually removed from the wild and rarely survive in cultivation.
Otherwise go through the ICPS web ring, link on the bottom of the page. All the major North America West Coast online nurseries sell cultivated Darlingtonia.

I know that different populations have very different characteristics in the wild. Some areas are all green (shaded) and taller, other areas are intense red and a good bit shorter and stouter (full sun). One patch I visit every year while hunting deer, has huge fat heads, bigger than a grown mans fist! Maybe no cultivar is "giant", but there is a difference.
