Hi all, I've been looking around on numerous websites and all over this forum, and have found that there are a number of very conflicting images and descriptions on what D. burkeana looks like. A number of sources generally agree that it looks somewhat like a D. capillaris or D. spatulata, but the pictures are all a bit different. Any pictures or solid descriptions that you guys have would be helpful. Also, if anyone knows whether any ebay sources for this plant are accurate or not, let me know, as I am considering ordering seeds. Thanks, Hawken

Hi,
as far as i am informed, Drosera burkeana should be a rather large flat rosette, quite similar to D. rotundifolia. Excell&Laundon says about the leafs: "Petiole narrow throughout its length and broadening abruptly into the lamina". I still have to see a D. burkeana in cultivation, that would fit this description! I think, most (if not all) D. burkeana in cultivation are actually D. pilosa (a smaller plant, with a petioles, that gradualy broaden into the lamina).
regards, Christian
