It looks like there is a seller in the EU (Switzerland) listing rare Dionaea clones for sale in the US. And this seller isn't providing any sort of paperwork that's required to ship plants internationally. Even sterile cultures require a Phytosanitary Certifiate, but in vivo plants additionally require an import permit and CITES.
Here are the seller's auctions:

In the seller's Trichterfalle auction they write:
I have reported the items to eBay. I'd ask that anyone that feels inclined to do so also report the items.
To report the items, go to the item page and find the "Report Item" link on the far right side of the page under the "Other Item Info" box. Then I entered these selections from the drop down menus:
Reason for Report: "Prohibited (banned items)"
Detailed Reason: "Animals, Plants and Wildlife"
Additional Information: "Items containing parts of regulated, protected, or endangered species"
To report all of the items at once, enter all of the item numbers at once like this:
In the Brief Description box (which is limited to 100 characters), I entered one of two phrases:

I hope that eBay actually pays attention to the reports. We'll see if the listings are taken down.
