I am going to let my VFT produce its flowers this year. If I want to have seeds produced, what are things I need to make sure of? ?How do I go about pollinating the flowers so they produce seeds?
Thanks!
Hopefully, if I can get seeds to be produced, I'm going to use some to cultivate several new plants, and then I'd also like to contribute some to the ICPS seed bank.

Thanks! I think i might just trim off the flower stalks and try to grow them as cuttings. The second article explains doing that sometimes works. So I may as well give it a try.

I cut off the flower stalks using a sterile scalpel. Then I dipped the cut ends into rooting hormone, and placed them in spaghnum peat moss to see if they will take root and form new plants.
While doing that, I also took the opportunity to repot the original plant into fresh media and in a larger pot.
Does anyone know how long it might take for a cutting like this to take root?
