hey I found some information that is good for nepenthes and darlingtonia as well. So the ingredients are: 1l distilled water, nutrients (Murashige and Skoog), 3 table spoon of sugar, 1 table spoon of AGAR
the man said it works okay for darlingtonia seed, just I have to bleach them..

so is the plant, after time in a jar, able to live outside the jar... like in garden bog ? (maybe it's silly question)

There are no silly questions ;D Yes, after the plants have achieved suitable size and have developed roots, they can be "hardened off" (acclimated) to growing in normal suitable habitats. most plants bought in garden centres originate from tissue culture.

awesome... really one more question for you ( you seem like a ''knowledgeable'' and experienced man) the bleach that is used for sterilization; Can it be any bleach even the bleach for washing clothes?

Yes, as long as it is pure without colourants or fragrance. Household Bleach is basically Chlorine mixed with water (Sodium hypochlorite-NaOCl) at about 3-6%concentration. this will need to be diluted to correct ratio's depending on Species. 3% Hydrogen peroxide is also used. this can be obtained from most Pharmacy's
