Well I just renewed on line and it was far from simple, I spent from 9:30 to 1:00 clicking around the three different web sites, requesting and waiting for forgotten user names and passwords etc. At one point I was provided with a 21 character code which I carefully recorded only to find that it was auto forwarded to where it was needed. the process got me so angry that I became determined to do it on-line! After I finished up I emailed Cindy to complain. Her response included "You can always mail a check" I had forgotten that without the renewal form sent by mail even that wasn't all that easy. Who remembers their membership number or the correct mailing address? If you want to keep out the non-elite, keep your present system.
