Hi Folks: We are having great success at Joseph Pines Preserve with our rare plant reintroduction program. Here is a picture of some of our native Drosera capillaris. We have five Virginia populations in this one bog and the vigor of the new population is incredible. We are now getting plants over two inches in diameter which exceeds anything left in the wild in Virginia. The plants are producing seed and expanding into new niches on the preserve. Sincerely, Phil Sheridan Meadowview
