It's an Aroid of some sort. Beyond that, it's hard to say. The leaf may give a clue, but the flower is the only sure way of identifying it... and even then it may be difficult.

keep an eye on that because they can be beautiful and stinky when thay bloom If it is what I think it is.

It's not an amorphophalus or arisaema. It's a different aroid. I have a few growing in my yard. If I'm correct it's Arum italicum. Almost looks like a green philodendron type with arrowhead shaped leaves marbled with silvery white veins. The berries from the inflorescence green turning red later.
