I am currently in Atlanta in our office working. Since I am from Sweden I would like to take the opportunity and go to Appalachians or somewhere where I can look at these in the wild. Probably on Sunday october 28. If anyone could give some directions it would be great. Appending a picture of my swamp in Sweden.

Hey Murevarn,
What is your time budget, and what would you most like to see? I'm assuming you'll be starting in Atlanta.
With your time budget, any shaving of time would be very useful. So if you have Sunday the 28th free, it would be great if you could drive from Atlanta on the night of the 27th, to be better poised on the morning of the 28th. Driving home in the dark on the 28th will be required.
Would a 5 hour drive each way be acceptable?
B

Hello ieatfly. You should see the plants now. They look even better now. This was the image I had with me. I see what I will keep outside during the winter. I post some new image under the making swamp section when I get back to Sweden.

Hello Barry, After having a couple of long working days and the wrong time zone I decided it was safer to lean back and rest. I will visit the botanical garden before I go back. It will probably be more opurtunities. Thanks anyway for your concern.
