Hey,
My family is planning to head to northern Wisconsin- apostle island territory and 20-30 miles southeast of there as well.
i've found plenty of info about sphagnum bogs in the central region of Wisconsin but i also read that there are peat bogs in the northern region as well. i was just wondering if anyone knew any specific names/locations of peat bogs in northern Wisconsin.
Also, if someone has a collection to show off that's near the area we're visiting, we'd be more than happy to take a tour!
