I am currently using MTS for my aldrovanda tub. They are fine, but I am worried that they will die in the winter. Do I bring them indoors and set in them in a fishbowl next to a windowsill to save a few?

yes you would need to bring several inside. However they wont survive with out some sort of food source in the container. Also because they are a living thing they will most likely need a source of oxygen like an aquatic plant. The plant will act as a food source due to the algae growing on it and it will produce oxygen for the snails.
