This year the European Exhibition and Exchange (EEE for short) will be held the 18th and 19th of august. It will be held at the Botanical Gardens of Leiden, The Netherlands. In the week after the EEE the exhibition will remain on show. As those of you who have come to earlier EEE's know there will be plant swap and -sales and some really good lectures. At the moment Carnivora (the Dutch CPS)members are busy getting things arranged. There will be a website with all the details soon. When it's ready I'll post it, but believe me when i say it's going to be a carnivorous highlight of the year. Hope to see you there! Marcel

Hello Marcel ! Thanks for the info. I can't wait to be there. A friend of mine told me that Leiden botanical garden was a more than interesting place. I bet there are many other lads (and gals), just like me, who are intrigued by non carnivorous plants as well! Friendly, François.

it is interesting alright. It's the oldest botanical garden in The Netherlands and one of the oldest in Europe. Apart from a stunning collection of Nepenthes it has lots of plants including a pond with Victoria amazonica (a.k.a. V. regia). Also there is a very good natural history museum nearby and as an old univerity town should it has a lot of nice bars and other student friendly entertainment that is also of use to those which already closed of that fase in life
