Hey Folks, I've got a backlog of field trip reports I have to get on line, and just put the first up today. This is a report that describes a trip that my lovely wife and I took to northwestern Montana. This part of the USA is not on everyone's mind when they think about CP, but it had some real surprises for us. It was also the most unrelentingly nerve-wracking trips I have ever been on, for reasons that I describe in the report. www.sarracenia.com/trips/mt012006.htmlComments are, as always, appreciated. Cheers Barry

People who look for dormant Drosera must be very special or perhaps need counseling.

Nice trip Barry.
You know about the tourist and the Grizzly? Tourist is warned that there are grizzlies in the area so a shop owner points him to the cowbells and pepper spray they sell. The tourist buys them and walks off but returns and ask the shop owner: Sir, how do I recognize a Grizzly? Answer: That's easy just be on alert for cowbells and the smell of pepper spray ;D
