Greetings fellow enthusiasts! I'm thinking about starting a carnivorous plant group for the Central Fl. area. What i'd like to know is...How many CPer's do we have in the forum here, that are within a 40 to 50 mi. radius of Orlando, Fl.? I think there are a few. I know of many bogs in the area that would be excellent choices for field trips, etc...Let me know via forum or email me privately if interested. Brian.

Hello! Cool...I have another person also that may be interested in forming a group of CP enthusiasts for the Central Fl. area. I'd like to get at least 4 or 5 of us before i claim us as a "society" and get us on the web...I'll keep ya posted. Also, let me know if i can be of any help with your CP's. Brian

The Florida Carnivorous Plant Society website is officially up and running alas...There's great links to cultivation info, Bob Z's masterpiece CP photobase, a chat room with forum, photo galleries and lots of goodies to behold.
