Hi everyone,
We are having an informal pot luck at our home in South San Jose, CA on Sunday, July 22, 2007 from 12:30 to around 4:00 for BACPS members.
We find that these make for a nice relaxing get together without all the stress of a speaker or raffles. Look forward to an afternoon sitting under Redwoods by a pond, surrounded by carnivorous plants.
Bring some food to share. Post what you are bringing here to minimize duplications.
For directions send an email to and you will receive an autoreply in a few seconds with the address and directions.

We will BBQ a couple of flank steaks. They probably won't be enough for everyone to make a meal of it, but they will certainly make a good start.

I am still undecided what to bring. I was hoping that more people would have their ideas posted by now. I am thinking about bringing some chicken, or possibly a dessert... homemade lemon meringue pie perhaps?

I'm thinking of bringing perhaps some sort of steaks, a couple of bags of chips, and a couple of liter bottles of soft drinks;-) What about plates, utensils and condiments? I suppose worse comes to worse a "relief" party can be sent out to retrieve needed items from a local store?

We will be supplying the plates, utensils, condiments etc.
We are also now doing deviled eggs and a fruit salad.

OK I see 2 main dishes and at least 1 dessert.. how about I bring a pot of bean and ham soup as a side and lemon meringue pies for a dessert?
