How the auction works
This is the first time we have jointly hosted an auction on this forum, so please bear with us if you should encounter some glitches. We will do our best to try to keep the auction running smoothly, but should you have any technical or auction problems, please don’t hesitate to contact an administrator or moderator. However, we CANNOT assist you with any problems, paperwork or information concerning shipping.
We have divided the auction into several smaller auctions based on location. We hope this will make it easier for you to find items closer to you, and perhaps the shipping laws will be similar. Bidders are free to bid in any auction, as long as the donor is willing to ship to their locale.
To list an item, click on the "regional listing" thread (It is below this post). Then click on the auction title that you are interested in (South America, Africa, etc), then click "create thread" in the upper right hand corner and list your item. To bid on a listed item, click on the item, then click "reply" in the upper right hand corner and enter your bid.
We can’t emphasize enough that it is up to the donor and the buyer to make sure it is legal to ship from one place to the other and to make sure any paperwork required is completed. ICPS/NASC will not be responsible for any problems in shipping or violations of shipping laws, nor will we refund any auction payments due to shipping problems or violation of shipping laws.
YOU MUST READ THE AUCTION RULES BEFORE LISTING OR BIDDING! ICPS or NASC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT ARE CAUSED BY NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES!
Thank you for participating in the 2016 ICPS/NASC benefit auction!
